The greatest opportunities lie at the feet of the ever growing Latino community. As leaders on college campuses -and up and coming professionals- we must challenge ourselves to create change in our local communities. Affecting the political atmosphere of your community sometimes can have the biggest impact on those you love, and more times than not, it has little to do with actually being involved in politics.

Uncle Sam has managed to manage this heap of sullied garments quite well in the past; however, recent years have shown us that the lid on this hamper can only stay on for so much longer as the blood stained sleeves are already hanging over the edges and will eventually start to pour out onto the floor for all the world to see.

There are numerous benefits to the Internet; however, there are some aspects that are disadvantageous as well.
Don’t just DREAM, ACT
Unless we are able to educate others on what this legislation is, how it could benefit us and the importance of them supporting the cause, we cannot make that needed change a reality.
